AUDIO PRODUCTION
For the audio production workshop, students need their own headphones with a ¼ inch connection. This workshop requires that students have a basic understanding of computers. Experience on a MAC is a plus.

Introduction to ProTools
3 Saturdays:  January 31, February 7, 21
9:30 – 4:00    $375
Instructor: Booker Edwards
Explore signal flow, recording, editing, and mixing in ProTools software. In this workshop, you will also explore microphones, mixing boards, and various recording techniques. Upon completion, you will have created several audio projects in ProTools.

NEW! Introduction to Logic

Instructor: Booker Edwards
Explore audio recording, audio editing, midi recording, midi editing, virtual instruments, and audio mixing in Apple’s Logic Pro 8 software. In this workshop, you’ll also explore music creation with Apple Loops, scoring movies and project file management all in Logic Pro 8. Upon completion you will have created several audio projects in Logic Pro 8.
