The teaching dining room of The International Culinary School features traditional French cuisine and white linen service. Students work under the skilled direction of chef instructors to create tempting six-course dinners and, for lunch, lighter à la carte fare. Dinner is served most Wednesdays and Fridays with seating at 7:00 p.m. Lunch is served most Thursdays and Fridays with seating at 12:30 p.m. Brunch is available only in certain quarters.
